My art practice

My colourful, lighthearted, cheerful work aims to bring a smile!  

My art career began later in life when I discovered the joys of watercolour. It was around the time I became a grandmother with the name Pepe and so my first artist name was Pepe Watercolour. I still sign my work with Pepe.

I have since discovered the joys of digital art and now work in a variety of media documenting life - be it nature, travel, the world of children or recreating my family history through ancestor art.

My hobby outside art is genealogy. I love to recreate my ancestors' stories with my art. You will see some of these art pieces in my portfolio. I would love to creatively portray your ancestors! Contact me if you are interested.
